We offer several yoga classes for you to choose from Mondays to Sundays.

FLOW

FLOW YOGA, also known as Vinyasa, links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. Students coordinate movement with breath, with movements done while inhaling or exhaling. This class follows a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow. It strives to support the student in setting an intention and taking steps to reach it.

YIN

Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative form of yoga. The poses are held for a longer time to target the connective tissues rather than the muscles. It is more passive with minimal muscle engagement. Focus is on the present moment. Among its many benefits, this class helps improve numerous aspects of your life including reaction time and short term memory. Those who have tried this practice have described feeling more relaxed and less distracted by their fleeting thoughts, demonstrating an enhanced ability to solve problems and recall information better.

HOT FLOW

Hot Flow is Flow Yoga done in a heated room with music. It is a balance of intensity and rejuventing form of Flow Yoga. Room temps can vary from 32-34 degrees depending on class size and the body heat from the flow movements.

INFERNO HOT PILATES

Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging full-body workout using Pilates principles. It combines cardio and muscle toning in a heated room, heated up to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. The high intensity interval training keeps your heart rate up while the pilates movements sculpt your body promoting longer, leaner muscle mass. It creates a stronger core, burns fat, improves circulation, and increases flexibility, all without the pounding of a high impact workout.. Because of the pace and intensity, this class is for physically active.

HOT

Hot Yoga is a series of postures done in a heated room (36-40 degrees). The heat makes the muscles warm up faster and induces more sweating. It helps loosen the muscles while cleansing the body.

JIVAMUKTI

Jivamukti Yoga is a more physical and vigorous style of yoga that takes its basic moves from traditional yoga. Its basic principles are meditation, music, non-violence, devotion, and scripture. Jivamukti Yoga strives to promote liberation while being grounded.

ASHTANGA

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic, flowing style that connects the movement of the body and the breath. This method stresses the importance of daily practice of a set series of movements. There are six series of Ashtanga yoga sequences which the student progresses through their own pace. *Feature Class

Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is fast becoming known as a wellness tool. It is an effective, comprehensive and “do-able” technology that helps you tap into your dormant energy and transform your life. Considered as the Yoga of Awareness, it helps you regain control of yourself so that you are not controlled by your thoughts and feelings. Each class incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, chanting, mudras, and a sound healing gong bath to facilitate work on the targetted aspect of the body, promote self-awareness and gain wisdom to deal with issues and to help you make better decisions regarding all aspects of your life. * Feature Class.

A form of Filipino martial arts also know as Escrima or Arnis. Movements are based on the use of a sword or blade. *Feature Class
